Neon Collar
- With this collar comes 8 beautiful custom colors, scripted with OC and supporting RLV, for those who wish it. There is also an non-OC version, for people who just wish to wear it as an accessory. Both include the color options, just use the HUD to pick!
-The collar is 100% custom mesh, RLV scripted, and materials enabled. Resizing is done manually, either has a whole, or in parts. Note, if editing in parts, there are invisible prims that may need to be adjusted, such as the leash point and both closed and opened locks.
